Christianity

Christianity started in the Holy Land, in Palestine in about the year 30 Anno Domini and spread  to the west. Saint Peter made it to Rome which was the capital of the Roman Empire and made some good connections. This was very effective in spreading the faith.

It is also the reason why the Church used Latin and did for centuries after. In fact it still does to some extent. It was a help in spreading ideas too and meant for example that Galileo and Newton would have been able to talk to each other had they met. The same would have been true of Darwin although his time was a good deal later.

The spreading of ideas was important in the development of science and progress generally. But science did not help Holy Mother Church. In fact it hastened its decline. Galileo told the world that the earth revolved round the sun rather than vice versa. This did not go down well at the time but it is now accepted without a second thought.

Isaac Newton worked out that the movement of stars and planets were caused by gravity rather than God. This was a huge step intellectually and did the Church no good although he was deeply Christian. He had a major argument with Leibnitz in Germany. It was all done in Latin of course about who had been first with the calculus.

Darwin was the one who really upset churches by writing The Origins of the Species which postulated that we were descended form apes.

The Church of England was formed by political forces. Holy Mother Church would not give King Henry VIII the divorce that he wanted so he took over the Church in England. Now the C of E is destroying itself from within. It has admitted women and homosexuals; blacks too. Then there the vandals within its own who hate the beauty of the King James' Bible, the Book of Common Prayer and the older churches which is why they are being destroyed by a system of neglect. If it were a patriotic  church it would do rather better in England and the Empire.

But the Christian legacy is a great one in spite of some major faults. It helped along the whole body of science which was very largely created by Christians in the West. Its reward has by and large been abuse by those with various political agendas. This is sad.

The civilization it helped create is also being destroyed by a malign combination of post Marxist subversives following Antonio Gramsci.

His idea was the West could be destroyed from the top down by infiltrating universities, politics, religion, the media and any other institution which shapes minds. The Jews are very much at the heart of these operations just as they were with the Bolshevik Revolution and the Zionist conquest of Palestine.

Fjordman is right and Holy Mother Church is wrong. Snivelling to religious fanatics is a short path to Hell. It is not frivolous to wonder if the Pope really is a Catholic or a Jewish infiltrator.

Holy Mother Church is under attack from within. It has been infiltrated like so many other organizations. But some of the enemy have seen the error of their ways and talked.
