New Orleans

New Orleans had a major hurricane and a major problem. This was compounded by incompetence, idleness, lack of initiative, criminal intent and government foul ups. Now ten years on Orleans is still a mess where the blacks lived says  The Telegraph - see A Decade On And Hurricane Katrina Is Still With Us In New Orleans

Surviving Hurricane Katrina
A post script from a computer man who was part of the fun.

New Orleans 2007 is still a mess
Why doesn't the government do something about it? Why doesn't some one else get on with it? Why don't the inmates get on with it. The answer to that one is clear. They are too busy robbing and raping elsewhere.

New Orleans Aftermath
Is about the mess after and it was a multigigabuck mess.

New Orleans and Mexico
Things happen in Mexico as well but they are handled differently. No murders, rape or looting; just getting on with it and helping others. The Third World sounds like a better place to me.

New Orleans and Urban Warfare
Major troubles bring out the best in some and the worst in others.

New Orleans Looting
See the looting. See the looters [ black ]. See the police [ black ] join in.

New Orleans Special
Is the focus of my articles on Katrina and afterwards.

New Orleans Aftermath
This matter has excited interest and it isn't going to go away any more than the 9/11 job. Here are some pictures that hint at why.

SWAT team Thugs Look Thugs and Act Like Thugs
They also look fairly amateurish. These men haven't served in Ireland or anywhere else for real. But screwing Americans and their Constitutional rights doesn't need experts, just corruption.

Sigmund gives us pictures, hundreds [ make that thousands ]  of pictures in glorious Technicolor. See for yourself. Think for yourself. Decide for yourself. The camera cannot lie. That's what we were told before they went digital. It wasn't true even then but these are fairly fresh from the source and look plausible. They also tie in with other sources. Thanks Sigmund. Crime takes hold of new New Orleans
QUOTE
Crime, that old menace of the old New Orleans, is back... There have been 147 people killed in New Orleans this year, police say, down from 204 by this time in 2005. But the city's population is about half what it was before Katrina flooded 80% of the city.... That means New Orleanians are murdering each other at a rate of 73.5 murders per 100,000 residents. That figure is above that of the nation's most murderous city — Compton, Calif., whose rate was 67 murders per 100,000 people in 2005, according to the latest FBI statistics.

Katrina - Problem or Business Opportunity?
For some of us it is pure opportunity? The report does not bother to tell us whether he is robbing his brothers or a white man but guessing is easy. It was four truck loads and that is a fair amount of aid.

Police chief defends officers
Police in Orleans are wonderful caring human beings who ran out of ammo and did not stand by and watch white women being raped far less join in. The colour of aforesaid police men is unspecified and very largely black.

Race Baiting as New Orleans Sinks
Weather problem or black problem? Some one else tells us that it the blacks who are the problem but good when it comes  to blaming the white man.

Storm Survivors Told To 'Expose Themselves
That was from the police. They didn't so they were left to die. This Yahoo report gives The Liverpool Echo of 6 September as the source. It  was no longer there on 9 September - for me at all events although there were Katrina reports either side of it. Was this a cover up? Perhaps. One event of this sort is one of those things. When it happens repeatedly it looks like a pattern of suppression.

Words as Propaganda Tools
Media bias is alive and kicking. The main tool is suppression of the truth. The next is the diversion; waffle about a footballer or actress. Then there are the emotional words. Watch how they sneak under the radar and feed us their real  message and the truth comes down the line.

New Orleans Mayor Charged With Fraud  [ 21 January 2013 ]
QUOTE
Former New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin has been indicted on 21 federal corruption charges including wire fraud, bribery and money laundering.

The charges are the outgrowth of a City Hall corruption investigation that already has resulted in guilty pleas by two former city officials and two businessmen. The counts include wire fraud, bribery, money laundering, filing false tax returns and conspiracy.

Nagin, a former cable television executive, was a political novice before being elected to his first term as mayor in 2002, buoyed by strong support from white voters. Hurricane Katrina in 2005 elevated Nagin to the national stage, where he gained a reputation for colourful and sometimes cringe-inducing rhetoric. In January 2006, he apologized for a Martin Luther King Day speech in which he predicted New Orleans would be a “chocolate city” and asserted that “God was mad at America.”

Strong support from black voters helped Nagin win re-election in 2006 despite widespread criticism of his post-Katrina leadership. But the glacial pace of rebuilding, a surge in violent crime and the budding City Hall corruption investigation chipped away at Nagin’s popularity during his second term.

New Orleans proved things about blacks, things that Americans knew anyway, things the Main Stream Media was determined not to say. Nagin was the man in charge. Nagin was black. Nagin was thieving when he should have been sorting things out.

New Orleans Mayor On Trial For Fraud [ 28 January 2014 ]
"Nagin, who was swept into office on promises of good government in 2002 and re-elected in 2006, was indicted by a federal grand jury on 21 counts of corruption, including bribery, wire fraud, conspiracy, money laundering and filing false tax returns."

Black New Orleans Mayor Took $12 Thousand Monthly Bribes Says Witness [ 5 February 2014 ]
What are the Main Stream Media saying about Nagin? Not a lot but then he is a black criminal, the one who masterminded the gross foul up which was after Hurricane Katrina. The weather wasn't his fault; the rest was. To be fair, add in Bush & Co.

But only on 20 fraud raps. He beat one.

The orange jump suit will make a change.

New Orleans Is Getting More Dangerous [ 9 February 2017 ]
QUOTE
Seventy-five people were killed or wounded by gunfire in New Orleans in the first month of the year – more than twice the total in January 2016, according to a Times-Picayune tally of police reports. The staggering total this month, more than two a day, comes on the heels of a violent 2016 that saw increases in murders and nonfatal shootings.......

While too early to draw conclusions on the rest of the year, criminologists say New Orleans’ rising gun violence is evidence of a troubling trend playing out in cities across the country. Baltimore, for example, had 25 killings in the first 26 days of the year, according to The Baltimore Sun.

“The national trend doesn’t look good,” said Jay Corzine, a sociology professor at the University of Central Florida. “It’s pointing to, in large urban areas, more violence and more lethal violence. Right now, nobody has a good handle on it.”

America has Murder Hot Spots, its ghettoes; lots are in New Orleans. They translate into blacks with guns. In Chicago they carry out three quarters of the murders. Is it a gun problem or  black problem? NB The Armed Citizen prevents crime; he is there when it matters. The police turn up later.

Looters Working In New Orleans After Hurricane Ida  [ 1 September 2021 ]
QUOTE
Authorities in New Orleans said there have been "numerous" reports of looting as the city grapples with the aftermath of Ida, which swept through the Louisiana coast as a Category 4 hurricane this weekend, causing massive power outages before weakening. The New Orleans Police Department has deployed anti-looting teams across the city in an effort to protect property, it said. Police Chief Shaun Ferguson said Monday that several arrests related to the plundering have been made without elaborating further.

"This will not be tolerated," he told reporters. "We have made those arrests. This is a state felony and we will be booking you accordingly.

It is an action replay of New Orleans Special in 2007. See more and better details in Looting. There were a lot more pictures then. You might notice the colour of these businessmen. White, you wonder? No, not exactly. Different this time. I seriously doubt it but the Mainstream Media are not going to tell the truth about our black brethren.

Five Shot At Mardi Gras Parade In New Orleans - No Kills  [ 20 February 2023 ]
QUOTE
Five people - including a young girl - were shot at the Mardi Gras Bacchus parade in New Orleans on Sunday evening.

One person was detained at the scene, New Orleans PD Chief Deputy Hans Ganthier said in a press conference. The gunman's motive remains unclear. The shooting happened along the parade route around 9:30 p.m. at the intersection of St. Charles and Terpsichore streets. The parade was halted for a short time.

Three males and two females were injured in the shooting, police said. One of the victims was a young girl. All five victims were rushed to a local hospital where one is in critical condition and four are stable.

One prisoner so, presumably one perpetrator that can't shoot straight. Or was he just having a bit of fun? The Mail does not tell us that he is Black; they don't need to. The Guardian will pretend it never happened. His victims are likely to be black too.
