Schiff was a Jew, major financier in America and a political manipulator. He used his power to destroy the Tsar's empire in Russia. You might get the impression from this article that Jews under the Tsar were innocent victims of malice. It is a standard propaganda ploy. The May Regulations were designed to prevent them exploiting Russian peasants. Screw the poor is another standard technique of Jews. It is known that after the February Revolution when Trotsky went back from New York to take over Russia and destroy the nascent democracy in the October Coup he had $10,000, perhaps $1 million in today's money.
