War Trials

The Nuremberg War Trials are the most famous and, one hopes did not set the tone for subsequent trials. Perhaps they were less corrupt than Stalin's show trials but not much. They were designed to give an appearance of justice being done to top Nazis. It was pay back time. Bad law was  badly administered but then they were set up by Mickey Marcus, a Jew. It is certain that   Rudolf Höss, the commandant of Auschwitz testified having been tortured first by  Sergeant Clarke and other  Jews in the British Army [ see under ]. He was just one victim.

The Russian judge had to leave the trail when the Germans were being tried for invading Poland because the Russians were co-conspirators. All of the judges knew about this malpractice. The name for this is perverting the course of justice.

American War Crimes
They were major and that was just in Germany after the war. These were being committed as the Nuremberg trials were in full swing.

 

Nuremberg Trials

US Supreme Court Chief Justice Harlan Fiske Stone called the Nuremberg trials a fraud. "[Chief US prosecutor] Jackson is away conducting his high-grade lynching party in Nuremberg," he wrote. "I don't mind what he does to the Nazis, but I hate to see the pretence that he is running a court and proceeding according to common law. This is a little too sanctimonious a fraud to meet my old-fashioned ideas."

Associate Supreme Court Justice William O. Douglas charged that the Allies were guilty of "substituting power for principle" at Nuremberg. "I thought at the time and still think that the Nuremberg trials were unprincipled," he wrote. "Law was created ex post facto to suit the passion and clamour of the time."

Stone was to the point and being a very senior judge he knew what he was talking about.

The validity of the court has been questioned for a variety of reasons:-
The main Soviet judge, Nikitchenko, had taken part in Stalin's show trials of 1936-1938,

One of the charges, brought against Keitel, Jodl, and Ribbentrop included conspiracy to commit aggression against Poland in 1939. The Secret Protocols of the German-Soviet Non-Aggression Pact of August 23, 1939, proposed the partition of Poland between the Germans and the Soviets (which was subsequently executed in September 1939); however, Soviet leaders were not tried for being part of the same conspiracy. Instead, the Tribunal falsely proclaimed the Secret Protocols of the Non-Aggression Pact to be a forgery.

The court agreed to relieve the Soviet leadership from attending these trials as war criminals in order to hide their crimes against war civilians, crimes that were committed by their army that included "carving up Poland in 1939 and attacking Finland three months later." This "exclusion request" was initiated by the Russians and subsequently approved by the court's administration.

The Charter of the International Military Tribunal permitted the use of normally inadmissible "evidence."
Article 19 specified that "The Tribunal shall not be bound by technical rules of evidence... and shall admit any evidence which it deems to have probative value". Article 21 of the Nuremberg International Military Tribunal (IMT) Charter stipulated:
"The Tribunal shall not require proof of facts of common knowledge but shall take judicial notice thereof. It shall also take judicial notice of official governmental documents and reports of the United [Allied] Nations, including acts and documents of the committees set up in the various allied countries for the investigation of war crimes, and the records and findings of military and other Tribunals of any of the United [Allied] Nations"
The chief Soviet prosecutor submitted false documentation in an attempt to indict defendants for the murder of thousands of Polish officers in the Katyn forest near Smolensk. However, the other Allied prosecutors refused to support the indictment and German lawyers promised to mount an embarrassing defence. No one was charged nor found guilty at Nuremberg for the Katyn Forrest massacre. In 1990, the Soviet government acknowledged that the Katyn massacre was carried out, not by the Germans, but by the Soviet secret police.

Article 21 has a meaning in plain English: We are going to claim whatever we want as the truth. They gave themselves a free rein to lie and pervert the course of justice.

 

Sergeant Clarke, Jew, Thug And Torturer
Clarke was a field police man after the war and searching for Nazis. He ran a party of men who captured Rudolf Höß, one time commandant of Auschwitz. They  found him on a farm near Heide in Schleswig Holstein. Clarke and the other Jews beat him and would have murdered him if they had not been dragged off. Then

Three days of torture presumably although the book does not quite say so. Höß signed a statement which was written in English, a language he did not understand. He gave evidence at Nuremberg as a result of torture and was subsequently hanged by the Poles. The Jew, Clarke however walks the streets of England, a successful business men and doubtless boasts over a pint about how he got away with GBH and various other crimes when he was subject to the King's Regulations, the Army Act and English law in general.

Nuremberg And Jews

With that knowledge — you will understand when I tell you that this staff is about seventy-five percent Jewish. Now my point is that the Jews should stay away from this trial — for their own sake. For — mark this well — the charge ‘a war for the Jews’ is still being made and in the post-war years it will be made again and again. The too large percentage of Jewish men and women here will be cited as proof of this charge. Sometimes it seems that the Jews will never learn about these things. They seem intent on bringing new difficulties down on their own heads. I do not like to write about this matter —it is distasteful to me — but I am disturbed about it. They are pushing and crowding and competing with each other and with everyone else.”

Chris Dodd tells me that when he reads this letter, “I first of all cringe a little bit because I wonder what he’s driving at.”

As provocative as the passages may seem, he suggests it’s also important to note that his father specifically said he deplored anti-Semitism and, in fact, had close Jewish friends. So, the senator says, “I tried to understand it in the context, knowing who he was, knowing what he cared about, what his own history was. And there were those, the [Charles] Lindberghs and others, that made the case that…  Roosevelt got us into this war because of Jewish issues.”

This quotation is from Thomas Dodd who was in the American Senate and at Nuremberg presumably in a legal capacity. He came unstuck later for fraud but not for being a drunkard.

"What methods were employed to extract confessions presented at a number of the war crimes trials of 1945 and later?

Torture, ranging from forcing the accused persons to eat faeces to destroying their reproductive organs in a most painful manner. All sorts of psychological tricks and duress were also employed. Some years before his death U.S. Senator Joseph R. McCarthy (1908-1957) gave the following statement to the press with regard to the war crimes trials: "I have heard evidence and read documentary proofs to the effect that the accused persons were beaten up, maltreated and physically tortured by methods which could only be conceived by sick brains. They subjected to mock trial and pretended executions, they were told their families would be deprived of their ration cards. All these things were carried out with the approval of the Public Prosecutor in order to secure the psychological atmosphere necessary for the extortion of the required confessions. "

Instead they should have handled it as if it needed no refutation. Jews have never once been guilty of crimes against the goyim. This is self-evident. Anti-Semitism exists outside the world of cause and effect. It is a disease that exists as spores in the soil. Once it infects a goy, you must beat it out of him. That is the only humane thing to do. The "light onto the world" is actually a blowtorch to the genitals.

A Jew writes about torture. He knows where the dirt is. Normal Jewish practice is to do evil and hide it. But some of them are honest.

Nuremberg and Other War Crimes Trials - Historical Fact No. 2

Richard Harwood makes a compelling case that the ingredients that made up the Nuremberg Trials were: the pretence of justice, restrictions on the defence, the presumption of guilt before the trial had even started, and hysterical accusations of the prosecution without any foundation of evidence.

In the indictment, there were very few crimes listed that the Allies themselves were not guilty of, and even fewer that the Germans were in fact guilty of.

This book contains, not a re-writing of history, but rather a simple guide to historical material which has been forgotten, or discounted. The 312,022 notarized defence affidavits presented at the trial have been forgotten, or discounted, while the 8 or 9 prosecution affidavits which "rebutted" them are remembered and canonized.

This book references a great many number of sources. That is so that interested but sceptical people may check things out for themselves.

Whether the statements of the defence are more credible than the charges of human soap, steamings, lampshades, gassings, and other wild accusations of the prosecution, is for the reader to decide.

The Nuremberg Trials from the American PBS

Dodd (archival): "This exhibit which is on the table is a human head with its skull bone removed, shrunken, stuffed and preserved. The Nazis had one of their many victims decapitated after having him hanged apparently for fraternizing with a German woman."

Narrator: The shrunken head had been used as a paperweight by the commandant of Buchenwald concentration camp. The courtroom was aghast.
