EHRC
"Independent statutory body established to help eliminate discrimination, reduce inequality, protect human rights and to build good relations, and to ensure ..." And run by Trevor Philips, a black from Guyana.

Equality Has a Price
Philips is in the business of enforcing racial equality. He is also in the business of helping people get away with it - if they are white, blacks do not need help, they have lots of money to spare, if they are not the British National Party or patriots.
Things are hotting up! Establishment hysteria about the continuing advance of the BNP is getting close to boiling point. Trevor Phillips' 'Commission for Equality and Human Rights' (CEHR) attack on our right of free association is coming to court on 15th October and will produce yet another round of headlines.
These will further mark the BNP out as something very different from the jobsworth political parties which between them brought Britain to the pawnbrokers and to the sorry state when the police have to call off a hearing of the General Teaching Council involving a BNP member on the grounds that if it went ahead a far-left and Islamist demonstration could spark uncontrollable race riots!
Meanwhile, the announcement that our long-delayed Question Time slot will be on Thursday 22nd October has already sent Peter Hain scurrying to a special meeting with BBC bosses, while the Labour and Tory parties' private political militia - the misnamed 'Unite Against Fascism' - is promising a massive riot outside the studio and some kind of sneak demonstration inside it. The Tories have promised to put up a top Shadow Cabinet Minister to help Labour's Jack Straw and a LibDem 'big-hitter' to 'humiliate Griffin'. We'll see about that! This is going to be THE political event of the year and a milestone in the long history of the British National Party.
As I write this we are still waiting to hear CEHR's response to our proposal to settle out of court by freezing new membership applications for three months while we revise our constitution to ensure - as we always intended to do - that it will comply with the provisions of the forthcoming Equality Act.
On balance we believe that the Equality Czars are so blinded by their bigotry that they will probably reject this very reasonable Without Prejudice offer, so our lawyers are already working on 'Plan B'. This includes an application to strike out the entire proceedings on various technical grounds, as well as a stalwart defence of our constitution's legality under present law.
This defence of our rights, and the crucial principle that the indigenous peoples of our islands have the right to self-association and to organise in defence of their collective interest, does not come cheap. Even if we were to throw in the towel we would be hit by huge legal costs - and, as I hope you know by now, the British National Party doesn't throw in towels!
After repeated meetings with top lawyers in this field and with the party's own Constitutional Revision sub-committee, I can tell you that while our new constitution will comply with the proposed law, the neo-Marxist crackpots at CEHR won't like it one bit! In fact, when the legal dust has settled, they'll find that while they may have cost us a lot of money, they will have scored one of the most disastrous own goals in the history of their taxpayer-funded industry.
They seem to know this already, because they are starting to crack and make ridiculous mistakes under the strain. A few weeks ago we received an anonymous letter, supposedly from a CEHR insider, telling us that one of their senior executives had called a tele-conference in which he asked various members of staff to find 'sympathetic' members of ethnic minorities who would agree to try to join the BNP. His idea was that this would provide fabricated evidence of our alleged membership discrimination. CEHR would then use taxpayers' money to fund their legal actions against us and the individuals would be rewarded by getting damages from us.
Scarcely able to believe that even CEHR would be so cynical, corrupt and desperate, we submitted a Freedom of Information Act request to establish whether any of this is true. Last week we received our answer: Yes, it is! We have forced CEHR to confirm that they regard this as a very serious matter and have already launched an internal investigation. We will be given more details shortly. Once our lawyers have these, a whole new line of counter-attack will be open to us.
As is so often the case, an Establishment attack which is designed to break our party could well instead further cement our position as the only serious and effective opponent of their wicked scheme to destroy our national freedom and ethnic and cultural identity.
Whether
we are beating them at the ballot box, campaigning in local
communities, arguing for our peoples' interest on television, or
fighting for fundamental rights in court, it is all part of the
same great struggle to save our ancient island race and nation.
Sometimes it's hard. Sometimes it's frustrating. Sometimes it's expensive - but it's always worthwhile. I will of course provide further updates when I can, but at present I must ask for your generous support once again.
Remember, the aim of our enemies is to destroy/financially neutralise us by Christmas so that we cannot mobilise for the General Election almost certainly to be held in the first half of next year….I need your help NOW to ensure that we survive the next few months.
To say that we live in an era of unprecedented opportunity for our Cause is to understate the case. When I took over as Leader of the BNP ten years ago the idea that one day I would be on Question Time would have blown our minds - now it is a reality, and I am certain, ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN, that our Movement will win our country back if we all pull together in times of crisis like now and demonstrate our indomitable British bulldog spirit.
Trevor Phillips and the cohorts of the liberal-Left establishment be warned: the British National Party NEVER gives up and NEVER backs down. Unfortunately, the only real way to weather the storm over the next few months is to dig deep and provide the Party with the funds needed to survive - that's the unavoidable truth of the matter!
If only we could negotiate our way through with leafleting, demonstrations and Truth Truck tours! But to say that I would be lying - the truth is that it is all about raising enough money so that we can hold our own in court against the anti-British bigots of the 'Equalities Commission' - that's the bottom line!
So please take a look at the 4 Options below and decide which you can do for the good of the Party in our present dilemma. I appreciate the enormous generosity of our members and supporters who so far have done our Party proud - but the fight continues:
