This will be a disease designed to kill or disable Arabs but not Jews which is  difficult because some Jews are Semites just like Arabs. Most Jews are Ashkenazi from Europe and easier to differentiate.

Japanese Biological Warfare Experiments
Their cruelty was gross. Their indifference to human suffering was total and the their victims were mainly Chinese. Do they get bad press? Not really. In fact the British Army kept men in ignorance when they were holding Japs after the war. Otherwise there would have been some very justified killings.

This was cock up rather than conspiracy. The men took government health warnings about anthrax jabs seriously but they weren't those the Department of Defence wanted them know about.

The spring was called Capri and it ran from the north near a kibbutz. The Haganah put typhus bacteria into the water going to Acre, the people got sick, and the Jewish forces occupied Acre. This worked so well that they sent a Haganah division dressed as Arabs into Gaza, where there were Egyptian forces, and the Egyptians caught them putting two cans of bacteria, typhus and dysentery, into the water supply in wanton disregard of the civilian population. "In war, there is no sentiment," one of the captured Haganah men was quoted as saying."

Jews Carried Out Germ Warfare Experiments In Occupied Palestine [ 26 March 2009 ]

However, the report said that it was not clear who the decision makers were who determined the vaccine's necessity. The experiment, nicknamed "Omer 2," was held during the first part of the 1990s and included 716 IDF soldiers picked out of a pool of 4,000......... It was the committee members impression, even though it was not expressed in the final report, that the person who was the driving force behind the experiment was Dr. Avigdor Shafferman, the director of the Nes Tziona Biological Institute [ Biological War Department - Editor ] and an anthrax specialist.

The Jews are admitting, just barely that they are involved in germ warfare, the B of NBC [ nuclear, biological, chemical ]. To test the vaccine they needed anthrax, the killer agent. That fact is glossed over too. There is no mention of the nukes or their chemical weapons.
