The application number was 42/05/0024. It was withdrawn on 16 August 2005. The house is at 50° 59' 04.50" North 3° 07' 30.73" West. It is slightly north of the M5 about a mile south of Trull. Tehrani is a close friend and former partner of disgraced race row lawyer Shahrokh Mireskandari, who has been suspended from practicing as a solicitor and his firm Dean and Dean closed down by the Law Society over allegations of dishonesty and malpractice. Academic Dr Sheida Oraki - who says she was cheated out of money by Mireskandari - was asked to leave the courtroom by the registrar after an emotional outburst about Tehrani's alleged 'delaying' tactics over a disputed £450,000 legal bill involving Dean and Dean and a Romanian airline.
