pence will go in income tax, 11p in national insurance, and 39p in lost tax
credits. Add in the loss of other allowances (housing benefit, council tax
benefit) and you may find it simply doesn’t pay to work harder. Our poverty

costing us over £3,000 a year for every man woman and child. It would make
sense to give the money out to every one but the dole system is used to bribe

either.” While the first wave of cuts will mainly target Whitehall waste, more

£33million race row who waged a campaign of harassment against her former
boyfriend was yesterday ordered to pay £1,000 compensation to his new love

But rejecting an appeal against her harassment convictions, Judge Peter Clarke
QC ordered Bijlani to pay 28-year-old advertising model Nicola Koenig £1,000 for

his dead mother was a whore and told him he was a 'pathetic lap dog',
'a*******', 'loser' and an 'impotent gay man' who was a 'failure in every
way', the court was told. She also sent five abusive emails in four days to Ms
Koenig, Mr Sehgal's friend, telling her she was a 'German Nazi prostitute', a
'cheap hooker', a 'working class trollop' and a 'flat-chested asexual freak'
with sweaty feet who should lick toilet bowls for a living. The judge said:
'It is not only a remarkable communication to make to a complete stranger but,
we're bound to say, one a person who has been practising at the bar for 14
years must have been suffering from a significant degree of stress to
invent......
During her four-day appeal, Bijlani blamed the race
discrimination claim against her legal chamber Four New Square for sending her
into a spiral of depression which led to her sending the malicious and
insulting emails between June and August 2007.......... He said the original
sentence imposed by West London magistrates - a conditional discharge for 18
months - was in no way improper but added that he saw no reason for Bijlani to
have to serve that again..... But despite hearing Bijlani had no income and
was not working, the judge noted her home in Ponsonby Terrace, Belgravia,
central London, was paid for in full and ordered her to pay the full £10,000

Clegg Dropping ID Cards QUOTE

said yesterday that over the next five years he would personally push
through the most ambitious changes to British democracy since the early
19th century, prompting criticism that he was raising expectations he

series produced by a single Government scientist, whose work has never been
peer-reviewed or subjected to proper quality checking. It was smuggled into
the official archive without any formal process. It is undocumented and sans
metadata, and it could not be defended in any court of law. Yet the full
line-up of NIWA climate scientists has gone to extraordinary lengths to

UK Election 2010 Was A Fiasco That Would Shame The Third World QUOTE
Hung parliament or not, the General Election produced one clear result on the
night. All the TV pundits agreed that this was one of the most shambolic,

Pakistani Vote Fraud With 27 Voters In One Flat QUOTE
THE flat above the Mehaj florist shop in Southall, west London, has so many
voters that it almost qualifies for its own polling station. Of the 27 people
who were registered to vote at the general election on Thursday, 15 had been
added in the past month. The owners also have two other properties in the Labour
seat of Ealing Southall, where a further 24 voters have been registered, also
largely within the past month. The properties are owned by the family of Dalawar
Chaudhry, who was deselected as a Labour council candidate after his restaurant
employed illegal immigrants. He stood unsuccessfully as an independent last
week. Chaudhry said the properties were rented out and he had no knowledge of
the voters. “I am as gobsmacked as you ... a lot of people live in Southall,” he
said.
The high number of people registered at some
addresses has raised concerns that “phantom” voters are being added to the
electoral roll. It is not limited to any one party. A further 42 voters in the
constituency are registered at three properties owned or co-owned by Avtar
Singh Khaira, who stood unsuccessfully as a Conservative council candidate.

votes of just 16,000 people, according to an expert analysis of election

Tories came tantalisingly close to securing a clean victory at the polls.
“Cameron came so near and yet so far,” write the directors of the elections
centre at Plymouth University. “Just 16,000 extra votes for the Tories,
distributed in the 19 constituencies in which the party came closest to
winning, would have spared us a weekend of negotiation and speculation.” The
Tories failed to win majorities in about 30 Labour-held marginal
constituencies they had expected to win, suggesting that in some seats the
extra funds of Lord Ashcroft, the billionaire party donor, were less effective
than hoped.
The smallest Labour majority, just 42 votes,
was secured by Glenda Jackson, the former actress, in the Hampstead and
Kilburn constituency in north London. In several others, the Tories failed by
a small number of votes, falling short by 92 in Bolton West, Ruth Kelly’s
former seat. Ed Balls, the schools secretary, scraped home with a majority of
1,101 in his West Yorkshire seat. The Rallings and Thrasher analysis shows the
Tories ended up with 36% of the vote in the UK, followed by Labour on 29% and

horrifying". Goldstone, "declared that the gallows were the only punishment of
deterrent in these cases", and wrote: "Fury is a relevant factor in the

girls into prostitution in order to pay for the drugs and collect the
profits.
Arbiv isn't suspected of raping the teenagers, though he is a suspect in
at least one case of harassment of a young man he met through the
teenagers.
Arbiv was arrested last week and released to house arrest, and on
Thursday his remand was extended.

policy on EU workers. Figures showed almost four times more EU citizens working
here than Britons taking jobs on the continent. Opposition parties said the
