Is rather like Girl of the Day  but not so pretty. There are people out there lying to us about who is committing crime. One very eager offender is The BBC  The liars claim that telling the truth is racist unless it is told against Englishmen or white men.  This is to even things up a bit.  I am not swallowing their lies. Blacks and Hispanics make a grossly disproportionate contribution to the crime industry. Higher crime which is often megabuck fraud is largely Jewish. Saying that is racist too. Really big time crime is political and economic manipulation, the sort that sent the American army to war in Iraq. That is largely Jewish [ Zionist really ] controlled. Saying so is not racist. It is very racist - according to the perpetrators.

Four black teens charged in Lockport gang rape of disabled White 15-year-old girl  [ 29 July 2006 ]
LOCKPORT - Four 16-year-old youths are charged in the gang rape in May of a 15-year-old disabled girl at the home of one of the boys. Police say the attackers violated the girl and recorded the assault with a cell phone camera. The charges followed a two-month investigation by Lockport Police Lt. David Barrancotta. The teens befriended the girl then lured her to the home of one of the attackers May 12, where they took turns attacking her over an hour and a half, said Detective Capt. Lawrence Eggert. He said the victim and the suspects were students at Lockport High School. The four charged are: Dontre R. Woods of Lock Street, where the attack occurred; Dartain M. Ubiles of Frontier Street, Niagara Falls; Nicholas M. Smith of Crosby Avenue; and Antonio J. Sheppard of Gabriel Drive. Two were charged with first-degree forcible rape and three youths were charged with felony first-degree criminal sexual act. A fourth youth was charged with videotaping the attack on his cell phone.

Three charged in slaying, robbery of Mount Vernon businessman   [ 28 July 2006 ]
MOUNT VERNON, Ill. (AP) -- Two men and a woman are charged in the robbery and killing of an affluent real-estate developer and philanthropist whose body was found earlier this month in his secluded home near this Jefferson County community. Christopher Watkins, 21, of Mount Vernon was arrested Monday on charges of felony murder and robbery in the shooting death of 53-year-old Randy Farrar, whose body was found July 5. Farrar was shot twice in the head at close range. A judge also has approved arrest warrants charging Krysta DonoHO, 21, and Demetrus Cole, 28, of Mount Vernon, with felony murder and robbery. Black Pasco teen arrested for murder of 'Hispanic"  [ 27 July 2006 ]
Dade City, Florida - Pasco County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a 16-year-old boy for first degree murder. The killing happened last week on Blanton Street in Dade City. Investigators say Walter Vickers argued with several people, including 48-year-old Felipe DeJesus-Reyes. Investigators say Vickers went home and got a .357 handgun, walking back toward the spot where he had the earlier argument. Vickers reportedly told detectives that he confronted DeJesus-Reyes and then shot him in the face. The Wesley Chapel High School student told detectives that he then returned home and went to bed. - (Newsroom) - (crime)

Illegal Immigrant Accused Of Road Rage Might Get Deported so they have got it halfway right. Judge Bean was the man not to put up with this kind of nonsense. Some say an overwhelming caseload was a factor in why an illegal immigrant charged in what investigators have called a violent case of road rage was not deported after a prior conviction for a McDonald's shooting. Joel Ortiz was arrested in April in connection with the shooting at the Raleigh restaurant and was under investigation by local U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. But when there was not enough evidence to support a felony conviction, according to prosecutors, a plea bargain was reached with Ortiz and the charge was reduced to a misdemeanour. Although a misdemeanour-assault charge is a deportable offence, according to immigration attorney Lynn Calder, immigration officials said that because the charge was reduced, the case became a low priority. "If they got something more serious going on at the time, I don't think they'll get to them," Calder said. That procedure, referred to as a detainer, is now under way for Ortiz after he was arrested last Thursday in a series of incidents in which he allegedly chased down motorists, rammed their vehicles and shot at them. Wilson Pastor Arrested On Sex-Related Charges Involving Minors [ 25 July 2006 ]
A Wilson County pastor was arrested Wednesday night on a number of charges ranging from statutory rape to assault. Authorities say Nathaniel Rasberry, 36, of Kenly, repeatedly sexually assaulted two women, now ages 19 and 25, over a period of several years. Rasberry, a pastor of World Vision Outreach Centre, had been on the run since August when the Wilson County Sheriff's Office issued warrants for his arrest. Schnucks employees shocked after stabbing spree * Supermarket Stabbing Spree Victim Speaks Out [ 24 July 2006 ]
The shocking news of this stabbing spree had spread to all Schnuck's employees by the end of the day. "Very scary," says Porschea Bennett. Both Bennett and her boyfriend work at the Schnuck's on Highway 64. He was inside the store when employee Elartrice Ingram allegedly attacked eight co-workers Friday morning. "I'm glad I wasn't here because I didn't want to get stabbed or anything," says Bennett. Police say Ingram was dropped off at the store around 9:00 am. Minutes later, they say he went on a rampage, armed with two knives. Customer Bill Randolph was at the deli counter at the time. "He immediately ran to one of the girls and stabbed her right down through the shoulder," says Randolph. Co-workers say blood was all over the floor. African wife of a missing British pensioner burned him alive [ 23 July 2006 ]
The 26-year-old African wife of a missing British pensioner is to be charged with murdering him after he was found to have been burned alive. Cops said the charred remains of tycoon William West, 76, were close to the couple’s luxury holiday beach home in Gambia. He vanished on July 3 while on a vacation with wife Kate. She claimed he disappeared after popping into a cigar store on a day trip to neighbouring Senegal. Mrs West was originally from Ghana but lived in Gambia with her Nigerian parents. She married Mr West six years ago — when she was 20 — after they met while he was on holiday in Gambia. Trial of black U.S. Naval Academy midshipman continues [ 22 July 2006 ]
A U.S. Naval Academy midshipman who has accused the school's former star quarterback of rape was described Monday as an aggressive woman who often was seen drunk at an Annapolis bar frequented by academy students. Witnesses called by civilian defence attorneys representing Midshipman Lamar S. Owens Jr. said that his accuser was obviously intoxicated in the hours before the Jan. 29 incident allegedly occurred. he alleges that Owens entered her room as she slept at the academy's Bancroft Hall in the early hours of Jan. 29 and forced himself on her. She has testified that she resisted and did not consent to his advances. - (crime)

Calhoun formally charged with rape and murder of girl [ 21 July 2006
The bond hearing for Reginald Calhoun Saturday morning in Laurel Municipal Court was more of a formality than anything else. But the important aspect of the proceedings was that finally, after 20 years, there was a man who has now been formerly charged with the death of seven-year old Cookie Dean. Calhoun, 38, was placed on $150,000 bond each for the murder charge and for the rape of Dean who was his cousin. Cookie Dean was reported missing Jan. 29, 1985 after her mother, Willie Mae Dean, sent the little girl to the Union Club located at the time on South Fourth Avenue in Laurel. A search by authorities and neighbours didn’t turn up anything until the following day when an LPD officer found Dean’s body in a grown up lot where Hair World is now located on Jackson Street. Dean had been raped and her throat cut. - (crime)

AUGUSTINE, Florida (AP) -- One of the men charged with fatally stabbing six people over an Xbox video game system said as he was booked into jail that he had killed someone, a guard testified Tuesday. Michael Salas wrote "I killed someone" on a form requesting protective custody at the Daytona Beach jail August 8, two days after the bodies were discovered, jail guard Eunice Williams said. Williams testified that when she asked him if he had any remorse, Salas replied, "No." "He appeared to be joyful and smiling at the time," Williams said.

NEW YORK -- A man accused of stabbing two tourists walking in Manhattan's theatre district told investigators he was angry because they snubbed him when he tried to talk to them, according to a police report. "Yeah, those white girls. ... They don't want to talk to anybody, so I went after them," Kenny Alexis told investigators, according to the report made public Monday at his arraignment. Alexis, 20, a Haitian in this country on a student visa, pleaded not guilty Monday to attempted murder and assault on the two Canadian tourists (Melanie Carrier and Audrey Perrier) and two other victims during a 13-hour rampage last month. He was being held without bail pending the results of psychiatric tests to determine if he is fit to stand trial. Defence attorney Candace Kurtz would not comment. She has said she believes Alexis was mentally ill. Alexis told investigators that while riding a subway June 13 he noticed a man looking at him and sensed the man was "out to get him," the report said. The report said Alexis admitted stabbing him. About 12 hours later, he stabbed a New York resident on a subway station platform because he "felt threatened," the report said. A short time after that, he approached the two Canadians. Cold case rape suspect found in California [ 18 July 2006 ]
Police say they’ve finally solved a violent crime that happened nine years ago in uptown Charlotte. Terrance Clovis, 45, was arrested in California and charged with the rape of a 61-year-old woman. Police said Clovis attacked the woman twice on Dec. 7, 1997. “Someone knocked at her door about 11:30 at night,” said Sgt. Darrell Price of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department. “When she answered, he forced his way in and sexually assaulted her.” Clovis left briefly and then came back, police said. - (Newsroom) - (crime)

Imprisoned ex-teacher was felon when hired - raped 17-year-old male Dover High student [ 17 July 2006 ]
Dion L. Savage, a former Dover High School teacher who faces multiple counts of rape of a student was hired despite having a felony record for attempting to sexually extort a young man. Savage, 28, is in the Delaware Correctional Enter near Smyrna, where he is awaiting trial on 13 counts of rape and related charges that include possession of child pornography and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arrested June 16 after a student told investigators that Savage had kissed him in Dover High's choral room and later offered him money if he would let Savage perform oral sex on him, court records said. Savage, of Dover, was arrested again June 26 and charged with 13 counts of rape. Investigators say he had a 10-month affair with a 17-year-old male Dover High student. - (Newsroom) - (crime)

Everett Le Gentry, 17, had waived his right to a hearing in juvenile court and agreed to testify against two other men charged in the case. It is a wicked waste. Bond denied for James Bond accused of attempting to rape woman [ 15 July 2006 ]
A judge on Friday decided that a man charged with trying to rape a woman a day earlier should be held without bond. James Bond, 33, who police said has no fixed address, is facing charges of attempted first-degree rape, second-degree assault and sexual assault. A woman reported being approached by a man early Thursday as she walked to Meda's Tavern on East Franklin Street. The man asked for a cigarette and she gave him one, according to a press release from the Hagerstown Police Department. About 12:20 a.m., as the woman walked away, the man allegedly struck her in the face, knocked her to the ground, got on top of her and sexually assaulted her, according to the release. Police said they found Bond on top of the woman in the downtown central parking lot.  - (crime)

Atheanis K. Elliott Arrested on Rape Charges [ 14 July 2006 ]
Aiken, SC. – Sheriff Michael Hunt announced the Aiken County Sheriff’s Office arrested an Aiken man for the July 4th burglary and sexual assault of a 48-year-old Aiken woman. 46 year old Atheanis K. Elliott, is charged with Burglary – First Degree, Criminal Sexual Conduct – First Degree, Assault and Battery High and Aggravated, Armed Robbery and Possession of a Weapon during the Commission of a Violent Crime. “We gathered DNA evidence in this most recent case, submitted it to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division for analysis, and were able to successfully link Mr. Elliott to this crime,” said Sheriff Hunt. “He also is a suspect in the June 28 break-in and assault, as well.” Investigators spotted Elliott riding a bicycle through Lamplight Trailer Park, in Aiken, where investigators believe the subject has been living. Psych Exam Ordered in Power Saw Attack [ 13 July 2006 ]
NEW YORK -- A man accused of wielding two cordless power saws in a subway station and slicing into a postal worker's chest during a pre-dawn rampage was ordered Friday to undergo a psychiatric examination. Manhattan Criminal Court Judge Eileen Koretz ordered the examination for Tareyton Williams, 33, of the Bronx, during his arraignment on charges of attempted murder and misdemeanour's assault. Williams, wearing dirty socks but no shoes, entered no plea. His lawyer, Sharyn Henry, had no comment. FRESNO, California (AP) -- More arrests are likely in a rape case involving an 11-year-old girl who may have been attacked by as many as 10 men, according to police. Two arrests have been made in the Saturday attack, and officials said they have identified eight others as persons of interest. Most or all are students at either Fresno City College or Reedley College, police said. The Fresno Bee reported that police were waiting for analysis of evidence, including DNA samples, before deciding whether to seek charges against six additional Fresno City College football players they had interviewed Sunday about the case. 4 Charged In Brutal D.C. Murder - British Man Has Throat Slashed By Robbers Who Try To Rape His Companion [ 11 July 2006 ]

 

WASHINGTON -- Alan Senitt, a British anti-Semitism activist and aspiring politician was killed in the wealthy Georgetown area by robbers who slashed his throat and tried to rape his female companion, police said. Police arrested and charged two men, and two other suspects surrendered to police a few hours later. The four suspects, including a 15-year-old boy, were due in court Monday afternoon. D.C. police spokesman Sgt. Joe Gentile said 25-year-old Christopher Piper and 22-year-old Jeffrey Rice were arrested and charged with felony murder while armed. Piper has also been charged with the attempted sexual assault of Senitt's female companion during the robbery, police said, which took place in the driveway of prominent D.C. developer. Piper grabbed the woman and began dragging her out of sight down a driveway where he tried to pull off her clothes, police said. Lt. Robert Glover said the attacker made a comment "in reference to his intent to commit a sexual assault." Gentile said two other people allegedly involved in the incident, 26-year-old Olivia Miles, who police said drove the getaway car, and a 15-year-old boy turned themselves in to police about 1 p.m., authorities said. 16-year-old African-American indicted on murder charges [ 10 July 2006 ]
16-year old boy has been indicted on murder charges after police say he helped kill, and then burn the body, of another teenager. James Carter Junior is accused of murdering Kyle Staheli in the desert near Sunrise Mountain. A second suspect in the case, Swuave Lopez, was killed by police after he tried to escape from custody. Although Carter admitted some involvement, his attorney hopes to get that statement thrown out. Carter will be back in court next week when a trial date will be set. Standoff with rape suspect turns deadly * Man had a history of rape [ 9 July 2006 ]
The man suspected of rape is 38 year old Norman Collins of Las Vegas. Metro police say at 2 Wednesday morning, a man kidnapped a woman who worked at a portable x-ray office near Decatur and Gowan. Police say he stole one of the office's vans and allegedly raped the woman then dropped her in the desert. Luckily, someone found her. Because the van had a GPS navigation system in it, police were able to find the suspect. They chased him to a home where the suspect held a homeowner hostage. The owner was able to escape safely. 5 Year-Old Louisiana Boy May Have Been Burned Alive by Ex-boyfriend in Vendetta Against His Mother  [7 July 2006 ]
La. — Investigators believe a 5-year-old boy was kidnapped in a "vendetta" against his mother and burned alive in an abandoned house, where police found his small body tied to a leather chair. Sheriff Johnny Ray Norman said Monday that 26-year-old Terrence Carter, arrested in connection with the kidnapping and killing, had been talking to investigators. Carter, who lived with his mother next door to the abandoned house, was arrested after the boy's body was found. Norman said investigators determined that the abduction and killing followed a dispute between Carter and the boy's mother. "It's a useless deal — just a vendetta, I guess you'd call it," Norman said. "He was trying to get back at his girlfriend." The boy, Corinthian Houston, was found tied to a leather chair. Norman said an electrical cord was wrapped around the child's neck, but he was not believed to have been strangled. An autopsy was pending. The boy's body was discovered by one of Carter's brothers, and their mother called police, Byron Carter, another of his brothers, told The Times of Shreveport. Terrence Carter and a co-worker, George Herring III of Coushatta, were arrested on kidnapping warrants Sunday, and Carter was booked on a count of first-degree murder, Natchitoches police Lt. White female victim of black male gang-rape tells her story [ 7 July 2006 ]
DENVER - A sexual assault victim says she hopes that by talking about her ordeal, it will encourage other victims to come forward. Twenty-six-year-old Sarah Martino was kidnapped and raped in Denver last year.  Friday, one of the two men who raped her will be sentenced. Johnny Fuller, 39, is facing a minimum of 96 years in prison.  During his trial Martino chose to testify, hoping he'd be put away for life so he could never hurt another person again. Martino now wants other victims to know they too have a choice to make a difference. It all began on a cold winter day in January 2005, the day Sarah Martino thought her life was over. She was walking home from work at 6:30 a.m. when two men forced her into a van and sexually assaulted her. The two men convicted of kidnapping and raping her are Fuller and 52-year old Melvin Williams. Martino soon learned Fuller had a long criminal record. "After I was found, I was watching the news and they said 52 previous convictions and he had molested a little girl, and I said he's not going do it again," she said. Boyfriend Held In Dallas Baby's Death [ 6 July 2006 ]
DALLAS A 6-month-old baby is dead and his 22-month-old sister is hospitalized in guarded condition. Dallas police suspect their mother’s boyfriend is responsible, and he is in custody. The children were under his watch when they were severely beaten, according to police. The medical examiner ruled that the baby died Saturday of blunt force trauma. Dallas police say two young lives were entrusted to the care of James Felton Williams. One neighbour, Chris Vaughn, says he warned their mother not to trust him. “I told her something was going to happen,” Vaughn told CBS 11 News. “Either her, the kids or him, one of them was going to come up missing or dead or something. I just hate it had to be little Roderic.” Roderic Holland was 6 months old when he died Saturday. Police say he had fractured ribs and bite marks on his body. Clifton Lamar Williams faces life in prison or the death penalty for brutal murder of 93-year-old White woman  [ 5 July 2006 ]
if convicted of capital murder for allegedly robbing, beating, stabbing and burning to death Cecilia Schneider, 93, on July 9, 2005. Williams, also known as "Crazy C," was arrested last July after Tyler police discovered fingerprints and blood inside Ms. Schneider's stolen and abandoned vehicle. Ms. Schneider was found beaten and stabbed to death inside her home at 311 Callahan St. in Tyler. The suspect then set fire to the victim and her bedding, according to the arrest warrant. Several witnesses who observed a black male standing in front of, and walking away from, the wrecked car. A fingerprint found on the driver's door of the Camry was a match for Williams. - (Black-on-white)

Domiontae Omar Robinson homosexually molested 13-year-old boy on church trip [ 4 July 2006 ]
MORGANTON, N.C. -- Police said a registered sex offender brought along on a church trip now faces charges for molesting one of the young members. Domiontae Omar Robinson, 21, was arrested in Baton Rouge, La., after a 13-year-old boy called his father and told him he was sexually assaulted by the man while he was sleeping Thursday, officers said. Robinson is charged with indecent behaviour with a child and is being held on $175,000 bond. The investigation is now continuing in the Burke County town of Morganton, where Robinson lives. Police Catch 2 Sexual Predators; One Considered Cold Case - Harold Young On Wisconsin's Top 10 Most Wanted List [ 3 July 2006 ]
Two more Wisconsin sexual predators are now behind bars. Harold Young was on Wisconsin's 10 most wanted list for kidnapping and sexual assault. He was arrested over the weekend near 60th Street and Custer in Milwaukee. Police also caught Antonio Hunter, who is accused of sexually assaulting a number of women between 2000 and 2002. Prosecutors said he sexually assaulted four people, including an 11-year-old.  - (crime)

White DeKalb Cop Killed by Black Murder Suspect [ 2 July 2006 ]
A man killed during a shoot out that left a veteran DeKalb County police officer dead was wanted out of Louisiana on a murder charge, police officials confirmed on Friday. The slain officer, 33-year-old Dennis Stepnowski, was shot during a foot chase Thursday night at an apartment complex off North Hairston Road in Stone Mountain. He later died at DeKalb Medical Enter His funeral is planned for Monday. "He was a brilliant officer. Like I say, he's going to be tremendously missed," said Officer Jason Gagnon of the DeKalb Police Department. The 25-year-old suspect -- Lucas Palmer -- was killed when Stepnowski and his partner returned fire. Palmer was wanted on a first degree murder charge for killing and burning the body of another man this past February in St. Tammany Parish north of New Orleans. BSO Releases Sketch Of Kidnapping, Rape Suspect [ 1 July 2006 ]
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Broward Sheriff's Office released a sketch of a man they said kidnapped and raped a 26-year-old woman early Sunday morning. According to BSO, the woman was driving home at about 3 a.m. Sunday when she noticed one of her tires was low on air. She stopped at a BP gas station at 3930 W. Oakland Park Blvd. in Lauderdale Lakes, where the man approached her and offered to help, said NBC6's Ari Odzer. She said that when she declined his help, he pulled out a gun and kidnapped her in her own car. The man then drove her to the back of a nearby abandoned building and raped her. The suspect was described as a black man about 5 feet 9 inches tall. He may have been driving an older-model white Ford Crown Victoria or Chevrolet Caprice. - (crime)

Pastor Accused Of Raping Member Of Congregation [ 30 June 2006 ]
COCOA, Fla. -- A pastor was arrested in Cocoa on charges he forced a member of his congregation to have sex. Police said the victim, a member of the congregation, believed the pastor to be her "spiritual advisor." Police arrested 43-year-old Jesse French, the pastor of the Solid Life Ministries-Church of Disciples in Rockledge, on 10 counts of sexual battery and 15 counts of lewd and lascivious to a member of his congregation. "She's been raised in a very tight very religious home and for someone to come in and turn something like this against her, it's just really appalling and unbelievable to me," said Detective Barbara Matthews, Cocoa Police Department. Police said, three to four months ago, French told the victim that he needed to anoint her with oil, stating that God advised him to do so because the victim was tired. Elbert of Kansas City is accused of recruiting three runaway girls -- a 15-year-old and her two twin 13-year-old sisters -- and forcing them to work as prostitutes in exchange for food, clothing and a place to live. Detroit Man Charged in Lethal Heroin Case [ 26 June 2006 ]
A man suspected as a key player in the supply of a lethal form of heroin blamed for more than 100 deaths in the Detroit area was arraigned Saturday on drug possession and weapons charges, officials said. Wayne County sheriff's deputies and federal drug agents said Daren Reese was arrested Thursday in the sale of a mix of heroin and the prescription painkiller fentanyl. C.W. Howard said. "They were unable to produce any money, so the suspects then decided to take their vehicle." The men pulled the four children, between the ages of 2 and 6, out of the vehicle quickly." They brutally pulled these kids and threw them out onto the pavement of the car wash," Sgt. Companion Emanuel Martinez Accused Of Homosexually Assaulting His Autistic Client [ 20 June 2006 ]
BROWARD COUNTY, Fla. -- A man hired to be a companion to a disabled adult is now accused of sexually assaulting his client. Emanuel Martinez, 20, is accused of committing sex acts on a 21-year-old autistic man. Martinez was employed as a companion by Spectrum Life Services of Hollywood and was responsible for accompanying the victim on various outings. Investigators said that during these outings between April 28 and June 5, Martinez committed sexual assaults. On one occasion, the crime occurred at the Martinez’s Sunrise home; another time it was in a bathroom at the Sawgrass Mills Mall, according to detectives. The alleged victim’s mother said that she became aware of the assaults last week. He is able to speak very little but he can type full sentences using a computer communication program. The 21-year-old wrote to his mother that he had been assaulted. BSO deputies and sex crime detectives entered the case and interviewed the victim by asking him questions, which he answered through his computer. In this way, investigators said, he detailed the alleged assaults. - (crime)

A judge ordered a 37-year prison sentence Thursday for the leader of a bank robbery ring whose members terrorized some victims but never hurt anyone while taking $1.4 million in five years of heists across the St. Louis region. Otis A. McAllister, 42, pleaded guilty in February to conspiracy and two counts of brandishing a firearm, unexpectedly ending his trial in U.S. District Court in St. Louis on its seventh day. For a week, the killings of Richard “R.D.” and Jessie M. “Tiny” Shepard of Marshall have been described using words such as “violent,” “brutal” and “heinous.” But a probable cause statement takes the shocking nature of the crime to a new level - alleging the murders were planned in advance by a 16-year-old juvenile in cooperation with the two suspects named over the weekend, Spencer Tromont Anderson, 18, and Lyndale Devor Henderson, 17; that the trio, planned who would search which rooms of the Shepards' home and who would inflict which injuries on the elderly couple; and the suspects drove by the home the previous night to inspect it and get an idea of the layout. “[The juvenile] admits to stabbing both Richard and Jessie Shepard. “[The juvenile] stated that after the killings, they set a fire in the room by pouring an accelerant on the bed and lighting it with a burning book. ATLANTA — Former Mayor Bill Campbell, who presided over one of the most prosperous and dynamic periods in Atlanta history, was sentenced Tuesday to 2 1/2 years in prison and fined $6,300 for tax evasion. Campbell, 52, was convicted in March. He was cleared of charges he lined his pockets with payoffs as he guided Atlanta during the 1990s. But he was found guilty of failing to pay taxes on what prosecutors said were his ill-gotten gains. While praising some of Campbell's accomplishments as mayor, U.S. District Judge Richard Story said he was overcome with a "pall of disappointment over the breadth of misconduct in his administration." Two charged with Immokalee rape; 3 "Hispanic" men sought [ 14 June 2006 ]
Two men have been charged with raping a 51-year-old woman in Immokalee early Sunday and authorities are still searching for three other suspects in the incident, the Collier County Sheriff’s Office said today. The woman had ridden her bicycle at about 3 a.m.  . to visit a friend who she learned was not at home. She told authorities that while she was there, she was surrounded by several Hispanic men and forced into a room. The victim told authorities that one of the men pulled her wig off, put his hands around her throat, and raped her in the room. She told authorities four other men came into the room and raped her one at a time after the first man was finished. She said she was able to grab her pants and run away when someone opened the door. The victim notified the Sheriff’s Office of the incident, and told deputies that two of the men were still in the room. Investigators say they know who killed a Blue Ash man outside a Hyde Park bar in January. Lonnie Webster, 23, is now charged with shooting Robby Pursley, 28, with an SKS assault rifle in the parking lot of Mulligan's Pub along Madison Road on January 14th. Police now believe the crime was "random" and Webster was trying to steal Pursley's BMW, Webster was arrested June 1st on the day he allegedly assaulted his ex-girlfriend and stole her SUV with two children inside in Walnut Hills. The abduction prompted an Amber Alert and the boys were found safe at his grandmother's house. Convicted Rapist Accused In Alleged Rape Attempt [ 12 June 2006 ]
Ohio -- A convicted rapist is back in jail  facing similar charges. Roland Daniels was out of prison for three months when he allegedly attacked a woman and tried to rape her. In May Daniels tried to rape a woman who lived near him. The woman was allegedly dragged into an apartment building, and her clothes were ripped. The woman managed to escape, but two days later, Daniels allegedly broke into her apartment. When she returned home, a beer bottle and knife were found with Daniels, investigators said. Police were called and Daniels was arrested. "The defendant said to her, 'Do you have a cigarette?' She gave him a cigarette and he asked, 'Do you take money for sex?' She responded, 'No.' His response was, 'Well, if you don't give it, I'll take it,'"  - (Newsroom) - (crime)

Belize Couple charged with rape of 9 year old girl [ 11 June 2006 ]
Just when you thought that recent incidents of sexual assault on minors had reached the lowest depths of depravity, along comes a case that can only make us weep with shame. Today  Wilfred Gillett was charged with six counts of rape and six counts of carnal knowledge, while his common-law wife, Beverly Simpson, was arraigned on a similar number of charges for abetment to rape and carnal knowledge. The nine year old would routinely visit Simpson's house, where it is alleged that on separate occasions, Simpson would hold the little girl down while her partner would rape her. At some point the child told her mother who reported the matter to authorities. Magistrate Sharon Frase remanded the couple to prison. It was also revealed in court today that this is not the first time that Gillett has been brought up on charges with regard to the same child.

Kim McCandless, was driving to the Sunrise Mall with her two daughters, a niece and a nephew, all between 7 months and 4 years old, when the concrete struck her wind shield. No one was injured.  Carl Graves threw the concrete at the SUV because the driver was white. One man arrested in last week's killings -- James Stewart, 30 -- was searching for the safe upstairs but found nothing and went downstairs. There he found that Magno Albarran, 29, had entered the house and pulled a gun on Desmond Turner, 28, whom authorities consider the main trigger man. Gresham school's license suspended over ex-con teacher's aide Alcazar accused of rape and sodomy of 15-year-old student [ 6 June 2006 ]
The license of a private alternative school in Gresham, Oregon has been suspended after a teacher's aide was accused of rape and turned out to be a convicted murderer. The suspension came after the May 18 arrest of Daniel Alcazar on rape and sodomy charges involving a 15-year-old student.  In 1995, Alcazar was sentenced to 12 years in prison for the 1994 killing of a Portland woman. A 17-year-old boy was in court today for a preliminary hearing and could get life in prison without parole if convicted on charges of aggravated murder. Police say 17-year old Robert Cameron Houston raped and murdered Raechale Elton, a counsellor at a group home, in February. Police say Elton had been brutally raped and her throat slit. A skull found in a creek earlier this week has been identified as that of a five-year-old Columbus-area girl who disappeared a year and a-half ago. With confirmation that the remains are those of Emily Rimel, the  prosecutor's office can move ahead with plans to seek murder charges against the main suspect.
