The Big Lie

The Big Lie gets blamed onto the Nazi propaganda machine. Of course it has been used many times before and since. Bush and his handlers know a lot about that. Remember we HAD to invade Iraq because of all those nasty WMDs that Saddam had. Here is a Wikipedia source which seems plausible. When they give sources they are checkable and that much more likely to be right.
